Nanosecond Q-switched Nd:YAG remains the workhorse for dark ink and dermal pigment. 1064nm reaches deep black and blue-black ink and passes safely through darker skin; frequency-doubled 532nm handles red and superficial pigment. The seven-joint articulated arm carries the beam without a fibre, so spot geometry and energy stay consistent from the first pass to the last.

LumaQ Pro — what buyers ask
- How much does a q-switched nd yag laser machine cost?
- The LumaQ Pro is $16,900 delivered to your practice in the US or Canada. That price includes air freight, customs and import duty, operator training and a 12-month warranty — there is nothing further to pay on arrival.
- Is shipping and customs included in the price?
- Yes. Every price is delivered duty paid: freight, customs clearance and import duty are prepaid, and the machine is crated to your practice address and uncrated on site. No broker will invoice you and you will not collect it from a freight terminal.
- How long does delivery take?
- Typically 12 to 15 days from dispatch by dedicated air freight, plus one to three days to move your order into production once payment clears.
- What warranty comes with the LumaQ Pro?
- Twelve months on the machine from delivery, with replacement parts supplied free for manufacturing and component failure. Handpieces are covered for the same twelve months. Damage caused in use is not covered.
- Is training included?
- Yes. Live online operator training covering setup, treatment parameters and daily maintenance is included with every machine, run with your team rather than sent as a video link. New staff can be added at any time at no cost.
- How do I pay for it?
- By wire transfer against a proforma invoice. You place the order on the site, we send the invoice with payment instructions, and the machine goes into production once the payment clears. There is no credit card checkout for equipment at this price.
