Luma Body is a direct supplier of professional aesthetic platforms — diode and picosecond lasers, fractional CO₂ and 1927nm resurfacing, 10D HIFU, RF microneedling, hydra dermabrasion, HIFEM sculpting and cryolipolysis. Thirteen machines, chosen so that a practice can build a full treatment menu from one supplier instead of four.

The equipment industry runs on opaque pricing: a machine is quoted differently to every buyer, and the number depends on how hard you negotiate. We publish ours. What you see on a machine’s page is the final clinic price, with delivery and training already in it, and the configurator shows exactly what each option adds before you speak to anyone.

Fully insured air freight, crated to your practice address. In the US and Canada the price you see is the price you pay, with nothing due on arrival. Elsewhere we quote delivery before you order.

Technical setup call, operator training for your whole team, and lifetime remote technical support by video for troubleshooting and daily use. Warranty claims are handled by us directly, by a person who knows your machine.

Every machine ships with the manufacturer’s own certification and documentation, and we will send whatever your regulator, insurer or medical director asks to see before you order. Ask us and you get the paperwork, not a sales answer.

Where a manufacturer holds a clearance or certification for a device, we will tell you exactly what it covers rather than implying it stretches further than it does. We publish no clinical efficacy claims, no treatment outcomes and no before-and-after promises — only the specifications the manufacturer publishes, which is what your medical director actually needs.

What a given device may be used for, by whom, and under what supervision is set by your state or province. Confirming that is your responsibility before you order, and we would rather say so plainly than have you find out afterwards.

Our platforms are made in a manufacturing plant that has been producing aesthetic and medical laser equipment since 2003, exports to more than 200 countries, and holds over sixty technology patents. Whichever machine you buy, you deal with us for the warranty, spare parts and training.

Production there is certified to ISO 13485, the quality-management standard specific to medical devices, and the platforms carry CE marking for the European market and TGA registration for Australia. Ask us for the certificate covering the machine you are considering and we will send the document itself rather than a claim about it.

What we add is the part that is usually missing: a published price that is the final price, a machine that arrives crated to your treatment room, and a person who answers when something goes wrong two months later.

Luma Body sells to businesses: med-spas, dermatology and cosmetic clinics, salons and training academies across the United States and Canada. We do not sell to consumers. We deliver to whichever address suits your business, including a home address if that is where you want to receive it.
