Body Sculpting & Contouring

HIFEM sculpting, cryolipolysis and vacuum RF shaping

Choosing a body contouring system

Three unrelated mechanisms share this category, and they sell to the client at three different points. HIFEM induces involuntary muscle contraction and is bought as a strengthening and toning treatment. Cryolipolysis cools adipose tissue below the threshold at which it is affected while surrounding tissue is not, and is bought for localised fat. Vacuum roller and RF platforms work tissue mechanically and thermally in one pass and are bought for skin quality and circumference. They are complements, not alternatives, and a contouring room that offers one usually loses the consultation to a room that offers two.

On HIFEM the specification that matters is field intensity at the applicator, measured in tesla, because that is what determines how much tissue is recruited — and whether the machine drives two applicators at full intensity simultaneously, which decides whether you treat abdomen and flanks in one appointment or two. On cryolipolysis it is the cup range: applicator geometry and fit govern how much tissue can be drawn in and cooled from both sides, so a machine with one cup size fits one body type.

For all three, treatment time per area is the number that decides the economics. These are protocols sold in courses of six or eight, so an extra ten minutes per session compounds across the course and across every client, and it is the single figure most worth asking about before you compare purchase prices.

Body Sculpting & Contouring — what buyers ask

How much do body sculpting & contouring cost?
$9,900 to $13,900 depending on configuration, delivered to your practice in the US or Canada with operator training and a 12-month machine warranty included. Every price on this page is the price you pay — there is nothing added at delivery. We ship worldwide; other destinations are quoted before you order.
Do you sell to med-spas, or only to physicians?
We sell to businesses: med-spas, dermatology and cosmetic clinics, salons and training academies. The United States and Canada are our largest markets and we ship to most other countries. What a given machine may be used for, and by whom, is set where you practise — check your own scope of practice before ordering.
Can I see the price before speaking to a salesperson?
Yes. Every machine is priced openly on this site, and the configurator shows exactly what each option adds before you commit to anything. You never have to request a quote to find out what something costs.
