DDP means delivered duty paid: the price you are quoted is the price you pay. You will not be invoiced by a customs broker and you will not collect the machine from a freight terminal.
Coverage and replacement

Warranty length for a specific machine is published in the specification table on that machine’s page. Advance replacement means the replacement part ships before the failed part is returned, so the room keeps running.

Return policy
Because every machine is quoted and configured for a specific practice, returns are handled case by case rather than by a blanket policy. Contact us before shipping anything back.
Full return terms are being finalised. Until they are published here, the return terms that apply to your order are the ones stated in writing on your quote and invoice. Ask us for them before you order — we will put them in writing.
