What we collect, and what we do with it.
This site collects one thing: the details you type into the quote form. There is no account system, no advertising tracker and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form we receive the fields you completed:
- Your name and work email address
- Your clinic name
- Your state or province
- Your license type
- The machines you selected and your purchase timeline
- Your phone number and message, if you chose to give them
We do not collect anything else. There is no login, no shopping cart, and no payment processing on this website.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry: to verify that you are a licensed practice, to prepare a quote and specification sheet, and to follow up about that quote. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where it goes
Your submission is emailed to our sales inbox and recorded in our internal enquiry log. The email is delivered by Resend, our transactional email provider. The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server request logs.
These providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of loading the page. Nothing on this site profiles you or follows you across other websites.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@lumabodylasers.com and we will action the request.
