Depth is set in 0.2mm steps to a 4mm maximum and held there across the 9-pin 32G array, and dose is metered per shot rather than by feel. The three modes cover a continuous pass, a fixed dose per trigger and automatic sequencing. The vacuum option lifts tissue toward the needles, which matters most on lax or thin skin.
