Four treatments that usually need four trolleys share one console. The diode handpiece runs 755, 808 and 1064nm together for hair removal across skin types, with compressor and sapphire contact cooling for long lists. The RF microneedling handpiece sets depth from 0.2 to 4.5mm with vacuum-assisted insertion, and adds a 980nm channel on the same platform. The HIFU module drives two handles at 2-7 MHz with cartridges from 1.5mm for the face to 13mm for the body, so one room can sell hair removal, texture and lifting from the same appointment book.
Every order includes operator training, delivered online by our technical team with your questions answered directly. Printable parameter cards come with the machine for your intake binder. One-to-one clinical training can be arranged as well.
Fully insured delivery to your practice door, typically 12–15 days from dispatch. In the US and Canada the price you see is final, with nothing to pay on arrival; elsewhere we quote delivery before you order. Twelve months on the machine with replacement parts supplied free for manufacturing and component failure, and three months on handpieces.

- How much does a multifunction laser hair removal and hifu machine cost?
- The LumaFusion X4 is $15,900 delivered to your practice in the US or Canada. That is the final price: delivery, operator training and a 12-month machine warranty are included, and there is nothing further to pay on arrival. Outside the US and Canada we quote delivery before you order.
- What does a 4-in-1 laser and HIFU machine replace?
- The LumaFusion X4 puts a triple-wavelength diode laser for hair removal, an RF microneedling handpiece, a 980nm channel and a two-handle HIFU module on one console. A clinic would otherwise buy a diode laser, an RF microneedling machine and a HIFU machine separately, and give each its own floor space.
- Can the diode laser on the LumaFusion X4 treat dark skin?
- It carries 755, 808 and 1064nm in one handpiece. 1064nm penetrates deeper and is absorbed less by surface melanin, which is why operators rely on it for darker skin types; 755nm is used for finer, lighter hair. Settings for each client are the practitioner's decision.
- Which HIFU cartridges come with the LumaFusion X4?
- The HIFU module supports 1.5, 2.0, 3.0 and 4.5mm cartridges for the face and 6, 9 and 13mm for the body, rated at 20,000 shots per cartridge. Replacement cartridges are available to order.
- How deep does the RF microneedling go?
- Needle depth is adjustable from 0.2 to 4.5mm, with automatic vacuum-assisted insertion or manual mode, and RF level adjustable from 10 to 150.
- Does it run on US power?
- Yes. It ships configured for 110V 60Hz for the US, or 220V on request.
- Are there any extra costs on delivery?
- No. In the US and Canada the price on the page is the final price. Delivery and all import costs are already paid, and the machine arrives at your practice and is uncrated on site. There is nothing to pay when it arrives.
- How long does delivery take?
- Typically 12 to 15 days from dispatch by dedicated air freight, plus one to three days to prepare your order once payment clears.
- What warranty comes with the LumaFusion X4?
- Twelve months on the machine from delivery, with replacement parts supplied free for manufacturing and component failure. Handpieces and applicators carry three months, as they are the wearing parts. Damage caused in use is not covered.
- Is training included?
- Yes. Operator training is included with every machine and is delivered online by our technical team, with your questions answered directly. One-to-one clinical training can be arranged as well.
- How do I pay for it?
- By wire transfer against a proforma invoice. You place the order on the site and we send the invoice with payment instructions. You can pay in full, or pay 50% before we prepare your order and the other 50% once it is ready to ship. The price is the same either way.
