Hair removal and tattoo removal are the two laser services most small clinics start with, and the LumaDuo Pico puts both on one tabletop footprint. The diode handpiece carries 755, 808, 940 and 1064nm for hair across skin types. The Pico Nd:YAG arm takes five tips: 1064nm for dark ink and deep pigment, 532nm for red and superficial pigment, 1320nm for carbon peel, and 755nm, with a spot adjustable from 1 to 9mm. At 600 x 480 x 540mm it fits a room a floor-standing trolley would crowd.
Every order includes operator training, delivered online by our technical team with your questions answered directly. Printable parameter cards come with the machine for your intake binder. One-to-one clinical training can be arranged as well.
Fully insured delivery to your practice door, typically 12–15 days from dispatch. In the US and Canada the price you see is final, with nothing to pay on arrival; elsewhere we quote delivery before you order. Twelve months on the machine with replacement parts supplied free for manufacturing and component failure, and three months on handpieces.

- How much does a diode laser and pico laser machine cost?
- The LumaDuo Pico is $10,900 delivered to your practice in the US or Canada. That is the final price: delivery, operator training and a 12-month machine warranty are included, and there is nothing further to pay on arrival. Outside the US and Canada we quote delivery before you order.
- What is a 2-in-1 diode and pico laser machine?
- One compact unit with two handpieces: a diode laser for permanent hair reduction and a Pico Nd:YAG for tattoo removal, pigment and carbon peel. The LumaDuo Pico fits on a cart or counter at 600 x 480 x 540mm.
- Which wavelengths does the LumaDuo Pico have?
- The diode handpiece carries 755, 808, 940 and 1064nm. The pico handpiece takes five tips covering 1064nm, 532nm, 1320nm and 755nm, with a spot adjustable from 1 to 9mm.
- Can the LumaDuo Pico do carbon laser peels?
- Yes. The 1320nm tip is the one used for carbon peel protocols.
- Which spot size should I choose for the diode?
- 12x20mm suits mixed face and body work; 12x35mm covers legs and backs faster. Both are the same price.
- Are there any extra costs on delivery?
- No. In the US and Canada the price on the page is the final price. Delivery and all import costs are already paid, and the machine arrives at your practice and is uncrated on site. There is nothing to pay when it arrives.
- How long does delivery take?
- Typically 12 to 15 days from dispatch by dedicated air freight, plus one to three days to prepare your order once payment clears.
- What warranty comes with the LumaDuo Pico?
- Twelve months on the machine from delivery, with replacement parts supplied free for manufacturing and component failure. Handpieces and applicators carry three months, as they are the wearing parts. Damage caused in use is not covered.
- Is training included?
- Yes. Operator training is included with every machine and is delivered online by our technical team, with your questions answered directly. One-to-one clinical training can be arranged as well.
- How do I pay for it?
- By wire transfer against a proforma invoice. You place the order on the site and we send the invoice with payment instructions. You can pay in full, or pay 50% before we prepare your order and the other 50% once it is ready to ship. The price is the same either way.
